In order to apply for any of Iskan's Facilities you will need to follow few simple steps.
- You will need to complete and sign the Application Form and the Privacy Act Consent that we have attached.

- Please provide us with copies of the documents listed on the Application Checklist.

- We need to verify your identity and to enable us to do this you will need to provide us with copies of documents, such as drivers licence, passport, totalling 100 points. The documents which are acceptable are listed on the 100 Point Checklist.
